Laura "Beebe" Elaine Hindman

Laura Elaine “Bebee” Hindman, of Shepherd, passed away in Arlington on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at age 87. The family and friends will gather at the Groesbeck Funeral Home on Saturday, March 10, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. for visitation and sharing memories of Mrs. Hindman. Burial will follow in Faulkenberry Cemetery. Laura was born May 27, 1924 at Box Church to Fred Leon and Olga Marie Dawley. She was a businesswoman and store owner in Shepherd until the last few years when she moved to Arlington to be near her daughter. Her husband, Jack Hindman preceded her in death, as well as her parents, and eight brothers and sisters. Mrs. Hindman is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Peggy Marie and Glen Terrell of Arlington; four grandchildren; five great grandsons; and a sister, Jackie Shugart of Groesbeck; and many nieces and nephews.
