Beth was born November 26, 1947 to Winfield Christopher Sipler and June (Shepherd) Sipler at Trenton, New Jersey. She grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Morrisville High School in 1965. She graduated as the Class Valedictorian at the Northern Main Vocational Technical School as an LPN. Beth practiced nursing the rest of her life. In 1987 she moved to Groesbeck to be near family. She worked at the hospital in Groesbeck and was the Pharmacy Manager for the past fifteen years. She was a church member of Groesbeck Christian Fellowship, and loved reading scriptures. Following in the footsteps of her father, who was an EMT, Beth served as a member of the Groesbeck Volunteer Fire Department (Badge # 418) for the past ten years and presently served as Treasurer. She was very proud of her service to the community through fighting fires and assisting in fund raisers. Beth was a very proud mother and grandmother, known as “Mom-Grandma.” She adored and loved all her children and grandchildren, and they equally loved and adored her. Her greatest joy was the time spent talking and visiting with each and every grandchild. She cherished the little moments they spent together, such as sharing ice cream. Beth had a wonderful sense of humor. She was tender-hearted and gave unselfishly even beyond her means. Without exception, anyone who knew her commented on her sweet nature. Beth will be cherished and remembered as the sweetest most unselfish Mother, Grandmother, sister, niece, and friend. Beth was preceded in death by both her parents. She is survived by a daughter, Tamalyn Gerbich and husband Pete of Brigham City, Utah; son, Thomas Hirleman and wife Debbie of Groesbeck; daughter, Theresa “Teri” LaFoy and husband Robert of Mexia; son, Martial Byrd of Houston and fiancé, Masha Medvedeva; eighteen grandchildren: Christopher, Gabriel, Westleigh, Jocelyn, Jordan, Hunter, Beverly, Dustin, Tierra, Shelby, Tommy, Dylan, John, Andrew, Domonic, Aidan, Quentin, and Silas; and one great grandchild, Trinnity Bella-Nicole.
