Visitation will be held prior to the funeral on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Groesbeck Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 PM on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel. Chelsea is survived by her mother, Geanie Dyess of Thornton, and father, Charles Blackwell of Houston; husband, John Lovelace Mouton, III of Waco; sisters, Shannon Carey of Groesbeck, Tiffany Hodge and husband Stephen of Groesbeck, Cherokee Dyess of Thornton, and Leslie Perkins of Thornton; brothers, Fredrick Carey of Thornton, and Tracy Blackwell of Houston; grandparents, Algean & Kevin Gollogy of Houston, and Bill & Jeannie Thompson of Groesbeck; step father, George Dyess of Groesbeck; aunt, Sara Gollogy of Houston; nieces, Maddison, Brilee and Khyndle; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.
