Lloyd William Reese

Lloyd William Reese of Groesbeck passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, September 4, 2008 at the Groesbeck Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 A.M. Friday, September 5, 2008 at New Hope Cemetery with Rev. Billy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in New Hope Cemetery. Lloyd was born March 30, 1950 in Odessa, Texas to Samuel and Dorothy (Harris) Reese. He was a Baptist. He was retired from the Mexia State School as a direct care worker. Lloyd is preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Dorothy (Harris) Reese and sister Arlene Reese. Mr. Reese is survived by Carol Reese of Mexia; son and daughter-in-law Garry and Misty Bolton of Marquez; grandson Brett Bolton of Marquez; granddaughter Jordyn Bolton of Marquez; two sisters Florence Yezak and husband Ike of Groesbeck, Marjorie Watson and husband Charles of Groesbeck; several nieces and nephews.
