Ricky Wesley Capps

Ricky Wesley Capps of Groesbeck, passed away Monday, August 18, 2014, at his home, following a long illness. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, August 22, 2014, at Victory Baptist Church (Highway 14 S, Groesbeck.) Ricky was born on March 21, 1958 in Houston to Lubin Wesley Capps and Barbara Sue Richardson Capps, but he grew up and attended school in Groesbeck. Ricky lived in or around Groesbeck all of his life and worked as an automobile mechanic and in small engine repairs. He enjoyed fishing, anywhere the fish were. He loved all his nieces and nephews, and had a big heart. He would help someone with his last dime. Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley Capps and Barbara Richardson Capps. He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Annette and Pat Goodman of Thornton, and his brother and sister-in-law, Dicky Lynn and Darlene Capps of North Zulch; and aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
