Jimmy was born November 7, 1957 to Jerry Don and Roma Dolores (Henderson) Perry in Groesbeck. Austin was always home to Jimmy, even while he was with his sister in Virginia the past few years. His smile showed his pleasant and sweet disposition and his social nature. When he met someone, they became a part of his "community" forever. He never forgot them, and always asked about them, and was very serious in his caring. Jimmy was equally serious about his devotion as a Dallas Cowboy fan - he was a Dallas Cowboy through and through. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Don Perry and Roma Dolores (nee Henderson) Perry of Austin, TX; and his grandparents Tilton and Loretta Marie Perry of Groesbeck, TX, and Oscar Lee and Edith Henderson of Old Union, TX. Jimmy Don is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, DeAnne and Derek Avance of Woodbridge, VA; brother and sister-in-law, Lane and Amy Perry of Austin, TX; nieces, Denise Macdonald and husband Brian of Carrollton, TX and Debbie Fahey and husband Stephen of Monterey, CA.; and nephews, Justin Perry of Pflugerville, TX and Ryan Perry and wife Lisa of Pflugerville, TX.
