Adolph Joe Gonzales, of Kosse, passed from this world on Friday, December 16, 2016, in Waco, Texas. Funeral services will be graveside at the Kosse City Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, with Reverend Rita Sims of the United Methodist Church of Kosse officiating. Pallbearers will be John Rasco, John McCarver, Tim Cantu, Polo Carrizales, Edward Hays and James Black. Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Huckabee and Bill Stell. Adolph was born in Houston, Texas on January 27, 1942 to Louis B. and Lillie E. Gonzales. After moving to Kosse in 1975, he worked for Limestone County Road and Bridge, Dresser Minerals, and Houston Distributors as a truck driver, until his retirement. Adolph was predeceased by his parents; two sisters; and a nephew. He is survived by Diana Gonzales of Kosse. Children and spouses are son, Mike (Rhonda); daughter Lelani (Lisa); daughter Rainey (Russell); son Corey; and daughter, Rene McCall. Grandchildren and spouses are: Chance (Ashley); Avery (Brent); and Taylor (Jeremy). Great Grandchildren are: Tanner Sanders, Kash Lively, Brynlee Scott, Luke Scott, Easton Gonzales, Layton Gonzales, and Jaden Espree. He also leaves behind a brother, Albert Gonzales and sister, Vivian Leyva, and many nieces and nephews. Rest in peace until we meet again.
