Caleb Steth Wilson, of Buffalo, passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020, at St. David’s Hospital in Round Rock, after a tragic motorcycle accident. He was 27. Since he had the generous heart to declare earlier in life his wish to be an organ donor, his life will continue on through the lives of the five recipients from his donation.
A Memorial service will be held to celebrate his life at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2020 in the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Charles Moran of the Faith Impact Church of Georgetown officiating.
Caleb was born on December 10, 1992 in West to Danny Lee Wilson and Jeanie Marie Moran. He attended school some years in Mexia and later in Buffalo. Caleb liked mechanic work, practicing earlier in life by taking apart his own vehicles. He grew up riding dirt bikes, four-wheelers, and then as an adult rode motorcycles. He liked to always be on the move going places. The family knows he had a big heart, and cherish his organ donation as part of their memory of him.
Caleb was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ronnie Moran; his father, Danny Lee Wilson; and cousin, Justin Lee Moran.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Jeanie and Toby Brooke of Buffalo; brother, Austin Johnson of Buffalo and now living in Montana; sister, Brooklynn Wilson of Fairfield; his two daughters, Addison Parker of Oakwood and McKenna Wilson of Kempner; and his grandmother, Mary Moran of Buffalo.
Flowers and cards may be sent to Groesbeck Funeral Home for the Memorial Service and messages of condolence may be posted on his guestbook on this website.
