Dianna Joyce (Hill) Salvato, of Groesbeck, passed away Sunday, October 18, 2020, after a battle with cancer. She was 54.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30, 2020 in the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor sample officiating. Burial will follow in Hogan Cemetery.
Dianna was born August 6, 1966 to A. R. Hill and Sybil Marie (Benge) Hill in Waco. She grew up in Marlin and then Groesbeck, and graduated from Groesbeck High School.
Dianna was married to Frank Salvato and was a mother to four children. They lived in Groesbeck, where their children went to school. Her life was dedicated to being the best mom she could be to the children, and then raising two of her grandchildren. She loved all the children and grandchildren, and anything that involved family. She loved watching scary movies, playing with the kids, and especially loved making them laugh. She has left great memories in their hearts.
Dianna was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Rubin Salvato.
She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Brittany and Alan Ellis of Groesbeck; daughter, Miranda Salvato; son, Lee Salvato; son, Lewis Salvato; grandchildren, Addyson Castilow, Aryssa Salvato, and Ariel Salvato, and Maddie and Alexis Salvato; father of her children and former husband, Frank Salvato; sisters, Gail Little, Nomie Hill and Camilla Hill; brother, James Hill; nephews, Brian, Andy and Jr.; nieces, Renea, Jessica and Erica; family friends, Dana and Mike; plus many more family and friends.
