Thomas Jacob Webb

Thomas Jacob Webb was called home on December 12, 2020 due to a MVA. Thomas was born on July 9, 2000 to Jessie Loraine Webb in Mexia Texas.

The family will receive visitors on Saturday, December 19, 2020, from 1:00-3:00 p.m., at Groesbeck Funeral Home, and funeral services will follow at 3:00 in the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Faulkenberry Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Stefan Minchew, Jessie And Anthony Barraza, Mitchel O'neal, Devon York, Alex and Clayton Herridge. Honorary pallbearers are Ethan Minchew, Joe Tyus, Cody Smalley, Darrin Spearman, Mark And John Herridge, and George Jeffcoat.

He was a resident of Groesbeck and graduated from Groesbeck High School in 2018 and Navarro College. 

Thomas loved the outdoors, tinkering on vehicles, welding, spending time with family and friends, and cruising around on backroads. He was a talker and had many friends. He was a hard worker and helped others when they were in need. He had an energetic spirit and an infectious laugh. He was loved by many people, both young and old. 

He was preceded in death by his friend and brother-in-law, Timothy Rutledge.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Jessie Loraine Webb;, his sister, Taylor Rutledge; his grandparents, Jessie and Laura Webb; his aunts, Theresa Minchew and husband Steven and Regina Barraza and husband Javier; cousins, Stefan Minchew and wife Ariel, Ethan Minchew, Anthony Barraza and wife Jessica, J.J. Barraza and wife Madison, and Avery, John, and Jace Minchew.  He is also survived by special friend Kendall Kilcrease and his faithful companion Dimples.
